How are we paid?

We will receive a procuration fee from the lender. In addition to this, depending on your circumstances, there will be a fee for mortgage advice which we estimate will be £250.00 to cover the costs of processing the mortgage.

 

You will receive a Key Facts Illustration when considering a particular mortgage which will tell you about any fees relating to it
